Women in HVACR brings on Ripley PR as AOR

KNOXVILLE, TN: Women in HVACR, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration trades, has selected Ripley PR as its PR AOR.

Ripley PR CEO Heather Ripley said in an emailed statement that her firm will help to generate awareness for Women in HVACR and the events and educational opportunities the organization offers to women working in the industry.

Women in HVACR executive director Amy O’Grady said in an emailed statement that she wants the firm to help her organization with its “ambitious growth plans.”

WHVACR, founded in 2002, has grown to more than 1,200 members and offers scholarships and training programs for women.

Ripley PR, founded in 2013, provides PR for the skilled trades, manufacturing, franchising and B2B tech industries. The firm is a partner in IPREX, the $508 million network of more than 1,100 communication professionals in more than 100 markets globally, according to a Ripley statement.
